Testing CAM Usage for QoS Policies
The test cam-usage command applies to the IPv4 ingress CAM partition.
To determine whether there is sufficient space in this CAM region for the ACLs created in QoS service-
policies, use this command.
You can create a class map with all required ACL rules and then enter the test cam-usage command in
Privilege mode to verify the actual CAM space required. The following example shows the command
output. The status column indicates whether you can enable the policy.

Displaying CAM-ACL Settings
To display the current CAM ACL settings for each ingress region, the show cam-acl command is
supported on the S5000.
The default ingress CAM ACL allocation settings on an S5000 (stack unit 0) are shown in the following
example.
