debug ip bgp updates
View information about BGP updates.
Syntax
debug ip bgp updates [in | out]
To disable debugging, use the no debug ip bgp updates [in | out]
command.
Parameters
updates Enter the keyword updates to view BGP update
information.
in (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword in to view only BGP updates
received from neighbors.
out (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword out to view only BGP
updates sent to neighbors.
Defaults Disabled.

distance bgp
Configure three administrative distances for routes.
Syntax
distance bgp external-distance internal-distance local-distance
To return to default values, use the no distance bgp command.
Parameters
external-
distance
Enter a number to assign to routes learned from a neighbor
external to the AS. The range is from 1 to 255. The default is
20.
