interface type
slot/port
To remove all neighbor entries learned on a specific
interface, enter the keyword interface followed by the
interface type and slot/port or number information. Valid slot
numbers are 0-11. The valid port numbers for each interface
type are listed below.
For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
tengigabitethernet followed by slot/port numbers.
The port range is 0 to 63.
For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
fortyGigE followed by slot/port numbers. The ports are
48, 52, 56, and 60.
For a Port Channel interface, enter the keywords port-
channel followed by a number from 1 to 128.
For a VLAN interface, enter the keyword vlan followed
by a VLAN id number from 1 to 4094.

Usage
Information
The ip nd mtu command sets the value advertised to routers. It does not set the
actual MTU rate. For example, if ip nd mtu is set to 1280, the interface still passes
1500-byte packets.
The mtu command sets the actual frame size passed and can be larger than the
advertised MTU. If the mtu setting is larger than the ip nd mtu command, an
