Use this command to configure a shortcut name that you can use instead of
entering a long string of numbers associated with an NSAP address.

Information
Entering debug isis enables all debugging parameters.
Use this command to display all debugging information in one output. To turn off
debugging, you normally enter separate no forms of each command. Enter the no
debug isis
command to disable all debug messages for IS-IS at once.
debug isis adj-packets
Enable debugging on adjacency-related activity such as hello packets that are sent and received on IS-IS
adjacencies.

debug isis adj-packets [interface]
To turn off debugging, use the no debug isis adj-packets [interface]
command.
Parameters
interface (OPTIONAL) Identifies the interface type slot/port as one of
the following:
• For a Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
GigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port
information.
• For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
TenGigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port
information.
