Usage
Information
Important Points:
Spaces between characters are not preserved after entering this command
unless you enclose the entire description in quotation marks (desc_text).
Entering a text string after the description command overwrites any previous
text string that you previously configured as the description.
The shutdown and description commands are the only commands that you
can configure on an interface that is a member of a port-channel.
Use the show interfaces description command to display descriptions
configured for each interface.

duplex (Management interface)
Configure duplex mode on a management interface whose speed is set to 10/100 Mb/s.

Syntax
duplex {half | full}
To return to the default setting, use the no duplex command.
Parameters
half Enter the keyword half to set the physical interface to
transmit only in one direction.
full Enter the keyword full to set the physical interface to
transmit in both directions.
Defaults Not configured.

This command applies only to management interfaces with speed set to 10/100
Mb/s using the speed command.
NOTE: When you set the speed to 10 or 100 Mbps, you can also execute the
duplex command.
