Command Output
create fc-dump-support
Perform a dump of information on S5000 Fibre Channel operation and
store the FC dump file in flash/CORE_DUMP_DIR. Syslog messages are
generated at the start and end of the FC dump file creation.
change fc-trace-level number For debugging purposes, change the FC trace level used to record FC
information in the FC trace file. Range: 1 to 4, where:
0: Turns FC traces off.
1: Records FC error messages.
2: Records FC warning messages.
3: Records FC informational messages.
4: Records all messages generated for FC operation on the switch.
Default: 4.
show fc-trace-level (Figure 23-4) Display the currently configured FC trace level.
show file fcmfs:/TRACE_LOG_FC/
qstack_trace.log
(Figure 23-5)
Display the trace log that contains trace messages of FC software and
hardware events, state, and errors. The FC trace log is stored in internal
flash at the file path fcmfs:/TRACE_LOG_FC/qstack_trace.log.
show file flash:/TRACE_LOG_DIR/
fc_console.log
(Figure 23-6)
Display the boot log for the Fibre Channel CPU on the S5000 switch. The
FC boot log is stored in internal flash at the file path //TRACE_LOG_DIR/
fc_console.log.
