Overview
At their simplest, ACLs, prefix lists, and route-maps permit or deny traffic based on MAC and/or IP
addresses. This chapter discusses implementing IP ACLs, IP prefix lists, and route-maps. For MAC ACLs,
refer to Layer 2.
