Global BPDU Filtering
By default, when you enable BPDU ltering globally, it stops transmitting BPDUs on the operational portfast-enabled ports.
When the port receives BPDUs, it automatically participates in the spanning tree. By default, global BPDU ltering is disabled.

Interface BPDU Filtering
When you enable BPDU ltering on an interface, it stops sending and receiving BPDUs on the portfast-enabled ports.
When you enable BPDU guard and BPDU lter on the port, the BPDU lter takes the highest precedence. By default, BPDU ltering
on an interface is disabled.
