Global BPDU Filtering
By default, when you enable BPDU ltering globally, it stops transmitting BPDUs on the operational portfast-enabled ports.
When the port receives BPDUs, it automatically participates in the spanning tree. By default, global BPDU ltering is disabled.

Interface BPDU Filtering
When you enable BPDU ltering on an interface, it stops sending and receiving BPDUs on the portfast-enabled ports.
When you enable BPDU guard and BPDU lter on the port, the BPDU lter takes the highest precedence. By default, BPDU ltering
on an interface is disabled.
