Line Description
– discarded = number of packets discarded without
any processing
– collisions = number of packet collisions
– wred=count both packets discarded in the MAC and
in the hardware-based queues
Rate information... Estimate of the input and output traffic rate over a
designated interval (30 to 299 seconds). Traffic rate is
displayed in bits, packets per second, and percent of line
rate.
Time since... Elapsed time since the last interface status change
(hh:mm:ss format).

Usage
Information
The Management port is enabled by default (no shutdown). If necessary, use the
ip address command to assign an IP address to the Management port. If two
RPMs are installed in your system, use the
show redundancy command to display
which RPM is the Primary RPM.
