Usage
Information
If you enter bgp dampening, the default values for half-life, reuse,
suppress, and max-suppress-time are applied. The parameters are position-
dependent; therefore, if you configure one parameter, you must configure the
parameters in the order they appear in the command.

Syntax
clear ip bgp ipv6 unicast * ipv6-address prefix-length
[dampening | flap-statistics] peer-group]
Parameters
* Enter the character * to clear all peers.
ipv6-address
prefix-length
Enter the IPv6 address in the x:x:x:x::x format then the prefix
length in the /x format. The range is from /0 to /128.
NOTE: The :: notation specifies successive hexadecimal
fields of zeros.
dampening (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword dampening to clear route
flap dampening information.
flap-statistics (OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords flap-statistics to reset
the flap statistics on all prefixes from that neighbor.
peer-group (OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords peer-group to clear all
members of a peer-group.
