neighbor default-originate
Inject the default route to a BGP peer or neighbor.
Syntax
neighbor {ipv6-address | peer-group-name} default-originate
[route-map map-name]
To remove a default route, use the no neighbor {ipv6-address | peer-
group-name} default-originate [route-map map-name] command.
Parameters
ipv6-address Enter the IPv6 address in the x:x:x:x::x format.
NOTE: The :: notation specifies successive hexadecimal
fields of zeros.
peer-group-
name
Enter the name of the peer group to set the default route of
all routers in that peer group.
route-map
map-name
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords route-map then the name
of a configured route map.
Defaults Not configured.

Usage
Information
If you apply a route map to a BGP peer or neighbor with the neighbor default-
originate command configured, the software does not apply the set filters in the
route map to that BGP peer or neighbor.
