show interfaces transceiver
Display the physical status and operational status of an installed transceiver. The output also displays the transceiver’s
serial number.
C-Series, E-Series, S-Series, Z-Series
Syntax
show interfaces [gigabitethernet slot/port | tengigabitethernet
slot/port | fortyGigE slot/port] transceiver
Parameters
gigabitethernet For a 10/100/1000 interface, enter the keyword gigabitethernet
followed by the slot/port information.
tengigabitetherne

For a 10G interface, enter the keyword tengigabitethernet
followed by the slot/port information.
fortyGigE For a 40G interface, enter the keyword fortyGigE followed by the
slot/port information.

Line Description
Rx Power
measurement type
Output depends on the vendor, typically either “Average” or “OMA”
(Receiver optical modulation amplitude).
Temp High Alarm
threshold
Factory-defined setting, typically in Centigrade. Value differs
between SFPs and SFP+.
Voltage High Alarm
threshold
Displays the interface index number used by SNMP to identify the
interface.
Bias High Alarm
threshold
Factory-defined setting. Value can differ between SFP and SFP+.
