Create a maintenance intermediate point (MIP).

Syntax
ethernet cfm mip domain {name | level} ma-name name
Parameters
domain [ name |
level ]
Enter the keyword domain and then enter the domain name or
domain level.
ma-name name Enter the keyword ma-name and then enter the name of the
maintenance association.
Defaults none
