Configure a unicast queue as a strict-priority (SP) queue.
C-Series, E-Series, S-Series, Z-Series

Enter the keyword unicast followed by the queue number. For the
C-Series and S-Series, the range is 1 to 3. For the E-Series, the range
is 1 to 7.
