Information
Any update without a MED attribute is the least preferred route.
If you enable this command, use the capture bgp-pdu max-buffer-size * command to
recompute the best path.
bgp bestpath as-path ignore

Ignore the AS PATH in BGP best path calculations.
Syntax
bgp bestpath as-path ignore
To return to the default, enter
no bgp bestpath as-path ignore.
Defaults
Disabled (that is, the software considers the AS_PATH when choosing a route as best).

confederations.
Syntax
bgp bestpath med confed
To disable MED comparison on BGP confederation paths, enter no bgp bestpath med confed.
