To specify an Dell Networking OS image on the internal ash, enter flash://
file-path/filename.
To specify an Dell Networking OS image on an FTP server, enter ftp://
user:password@hostip/filepath.
To specify an Dell Networking OS image on the external ash, enter slot0://
file-path/filename.
To copy a le on a TFTP server, enter tftp://hostip/filepath/
filename.
where hostip is either an IPv4 dotted decimal address or an IPv6 URI [x:x:x:x::x]
format address.

Usage Information
RFC 3986 species that IPv6 host addresses in a uniform resource identier (URI) must be enclosed in
square brackets, [X:X:X:X::X]. For maximum exibility this command accepts IPv6 host addresses with or
without the square brackets.
Reload Dell Networking OS after executing this command. To copy Dell Networking OS from the
management unit to one or more stack members, use the upgrade system stack-unit (S-Series
stack member) command.
