Upgrading other related hardware and software
components
If you are upgrading OS10 on any of these switch platforms, review the following information to upgrade other related hardware
and software components:
● S4100-ON Series—Dell Technologies strongly recommends that you upgrade the following components on the switch
platforms before you upgrade OS10 to Release 10.5.2.3:

1. PCIe
2. ONIE
3. ONIE firmware—During ONIE firmware update, the system enters a firmware installer process that takes about 20 minutes
