4. Upgrade the FPGA in smartFusion using the # ./smarttool -uf /dev/ttyS0 <path_to_the_image>/
<platform>_SMF_logic_v0.E.dat command. To upgrade to region A, you must be in region G. The device
automatically reboots after the upgrade.
