Configuration File Format
The configuration file for the opticstool is:
Optics ID — The ID of the optics port.
Name — The printable name of the optics device (you must name the SFPs “SFP” and the QSFPs “QSFP”).
Then four entries describe how to read if a device is present, how to select the MUX for accessing the device, how to reset or
unreset the device, and how to read data from the device.
