System Time and Date
The commands in this section configure time values on the system, either using the Dell Networking OS, or
the hardware, or using the network time protocol (NTP). With NTP, the switch can act only as a client to an
NTP clock host.
For more information, see “Network Time Protocol” of the Management section in the Dell Networking OS
Configuration Guide.
The commands in this chapter are generally supported on Dell Networking OS with some exceptions, as

Set a date (and time zone) on which to convert the switch to daylight saving time on a one-time basis.
