SupportAssist
SupportAssist sends troubleshooting data securely to Dell. SupportAssist in this Dell Networking OS release
does not support automated email notification at the time of hardware fault alert, automatic case creation,
automatic part dispatch, or reports. SupportAssist requires Dell Networking OS 9.9(0.0) and SmartScripts 9.7
or later to be installed on the Dell Networking device. For more information on SmartScripts, see Dell
Networking Open Automation guide.
NOTE
: SupportAssist is enabled by default on the system. To disable SupportAssist, enter the eula-
consent support-assist reject command in Global Configuration mode and save the
configuration.

Syntax
eula-consent {support-assist} {accept | reject}
Parameters
support-assist Enter the keywords support-assist to either accept or reject
the EULA for the specified service.
accept Enter the keyword accept to accept the EULA for the specified
service.
