Usage Information
The write memory command saves the running-conguration to the le labeled startup-conguration. When
using a LOCAL CONFIG FILE other than the startup-cong not named “startup-conguration” (for example, you
used a specic le during the boot config command), the running-cong is not saved to that le; use the
copy command to save any running-conguration changes to that local le.
When you use the write memory command to copy the running conguration to the startup conguration le
with the startup conguration verication feature enabled, the system prompts you to update the hash for the
startup conguration using the
verified boot hash command.
