Parameters
seconds Time duration, in seconds, that species the duration of the restart process before OSPF
terminates the process. The range is from 40 to 1800 seconds.

Usage Information The Helper mode is enabled by default on the device. To enable the restart mode also on the device, you must
congure the grace period using this command. After you enable restart mode the router advertises the neighbor
as fully adjacent during a restart.
graceful-restart helper-reject
Specify the OSPF router to not act as a helper during graceful restart.

Syntax
graceful-restart helper-reject ip-address
To return to default value, use the no graceful-restart helper-reject command.
