Multicast
The multicast commands are supported by Dell EMC Networking OS.
IPv4 Multicast Commands
The following section contains the IPv4 multicast commands.
clear ip mroute
Clear learned multicast routes on the multicast forwarding table. To clear the protocol-independent multicast (PIM) tree information base,
use the
clear ip pim tib command.
Syntax
clear ip mroute [vrf vrf-name] {group-address [source-address] | *}
Parameters
vrf vrf-name (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword vrf followed by the name of the VRF to congure this
setting on that VRF.
NOTE: Applies to specic VRF if input is provided, else applies to Default VRF.
group-address
[source-address]
Enter the multicast group address and source address (if desired), in dotted decimal
format, to clear information on a specic group.
* Enter * to clear all multicast routes.
