When another user enters CONFIGURATION mode, Dell Networking OS sends a message similar to the following:
% Warning: User "admin" on line vty2 "172.16.1.210" is in configuration
In this case, the user is admin on vty2.
Obtaining Help
As soon as you are in a command mode there are several ways to access help.
To obtain a list of
keywords at any
command mode:
Type a ? at the prompt or after a keyword. There must always be a space before the ?.
To obtain a list of
keywords with a
brief functional
description:
Type help at the prompt.
To obtain a list of
available options:
Type a keyword and then type a space and a ?.
To obtain a list of
partial keywords
using a partial
keyword:
Type a partial keyword and then type a ?.

The following is an example of typing ip ? at the prompt:

When entering commands, you can take advantage of the following timesaving features:
The commands are not case-sensitive.
You can enter partial (truncated) command keywords. For example, you can enter int teng 1/1 for the interface
tengigabitethernet 1/1 command.
To complete keywords in commands, use the TAB key.
To display the last enabled command, use the up Arrow key.
