write
Copy the current configuration to either the startup-configuration file or the terminal.
Syntax
write [memory [compressed] | terminal]
Parameters
memory Enter the keyword memory to copy the current running
configuration to the startup configuration file. This command is
similar to the copy running-config startup-config
command.
compressed Enter the keyword compressed to write the operating
configuration to the startup-config file in the compressed mode.
terminal Enter the keyword terminal to copy the current running
configuration to the terminal. This command is similar to the
show running-config command.
