neighbor sender-side-loopdetect
Enables sender-side loop detection for BGP.
Syntax
neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} sender-side-loopdetect
To disable sender-side loop detection, use the no neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name}
sender-side-loopdetect command.
Parameters
ip-address Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal format.
peer-group-name Enter the name of the peer group to enable or disable all routers with in the peer group.
All routers in the peer group receive routes from a route reector.
Defaults Enabled.

Usage Information
This command enables sender-side-loopdetect for a specied BGP neighbor. BGP does not advertise a route to a
peer if the AS-Path of the route already contains the peer's AS.
NOTE: If you congure a neighbor to accept such routes using the neighbor allowas-in
command, you must disable sender-side loop detection for that neighbor.
