Usage Information
You cannot delete a Management port.
The Management port is enabled by default (no shutdown). To assign an IP address to the Management
port, use the ip address command.
If your system has two RPMs installed, use the show redundancy command to display which RPM is the
Primary RPM.

management route — congures a static route that points to the Management interface or a forwarding

speed (Management interface) — clears the FIB entries on a specied line card.

Congure a Null interface on the switch.
