FIPS Cryptography
To congure federal information processing standards (FIPS) cryptography, use the following commands:
ps mode enable
Enable the FIPS cryptography mode on the platform.
Syntax
[no] fips mode enable
To disable the FIPS cryptography mode, use the no fips mode enable command.
Default Disabled

Dell (conf)#fips mode enable
WARNING: Enabling FIPS mode will close all SSH/Telnet connection, restart
those servers, and destroy all configured host keys.
