event severity-prole
Congures a severity prole to change the severity of events, or turn o event notications.
Syntax
event severity-profile {default | profile-name}
Parameters profile-name—Name of the custom severity prole, a maximum of 64 characters. The le extension, .xml is
optional.

Usage Information Congures a severity prole to change the characteristics of events. If you congure a custom prole, the prole
applies on top of the default prole. Restart the system for the changes to take eect. The system restart ensures
that the existing stateful events are tagged appropriately based on the newly applied severity prole. Severity
proles are stored in the severity-prole:// partition. This partition includes a factory default severity prole,
default.xml. You cannot edit or delete the default and active severity proles.
