4 (Required) Specify the SupportAssist server URL or IP address in SUPPORT-ASSIST mode, and specify your Dell Digital Locker (DDL)
credentials to access the SupportAssist server. This account must have entitlements to the OS10 switch in DDL. You can enter
default to specify the SupportAssist server URL (https://esrs3.emc.com).

5 (Required) Congure the interface to connect to the SupportAssist server in SUPPORT-ASSIST mode.

Set company name
Congure the name, address, and territory information. Dell EMC Technical Support uses this information to identify which company owns
the device.
1 (Required) Congure contact information in SUPPORT-ASSIST mode.

2 (Required) Congure address information in SUPPORT-ASSIST mode. Use double quotes to add spaces within the city or state name.
Use the no address command to remove the conguration. Enter ? to view a list of supported country names and codes. You can
