route-map
Enable a route map statement and congure its action and sequence number. This command also places you in ROUTE-MAP mode.
Syntax
route-map map-name [permit | deny] [sequence-number]
To delete a route map, use the no route-map map-name [permit | deny] [sequence-number]
command.
Parameters
map-name Enter a text string of up to 140 characters to name the route map for easy identication.
permit (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword permit to set the route map default as permit. If you do
not specify a keyword, the default is permit.
deny (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword deny to set the route map default as deny.
sequence-number (OPTIONAL) Enter a number to identify the route map for editing and sequencing with
other route maps. You are prompted for a sequence number if there are multiple instances
of the route map. The range is from 1 to 65535.
Defaults Not congured.
If you do not dene a keyword (permit or deny) for the route map, the permit action is the default.
