radius-server retransmit
Congure the number of times the switch attempts to connect with the congured RADIUS host server before declaring the
RADIUS host server unreachable.
Syntax
radius-server retransmit retries
To congure zero retransmit attempts, use the no radius-server retransmit command.
To return to the default setting, use the radius-server retransmit 3 command.
Parameters
retries Enter a number of attempts that FTOS tries to locate a RADIUS server. The range
is from zero (0) to 100. The default is 3 retries.
Defaults 3 retries

radius-server timeout
To reply to a request, congure the amount of time the RADIUS client (the switch) waits for a RADIUS host server .
Syntax
radius-server timeout seconds
To return to the default value, use the no radius-server timeout command.
Parameters
seconds Enter the number of seconds between an unsuccessful attempt and the Dell
Networking OS times out. The range is from zero (0) to 1000 seconds. The default
is 5 seconds.
Defaults 5 seconds
