License Requirements
iDRAC features are available based on the purchased license.
● iDRAC Express—Available by default on all blade servers, and rack or tower servers of 600 or higher series
● iDRAC Enterprise—Available on all servers as an upgrade
● iDRAC Datacenter—Available on all servers as an upgrade.
● iDRAC Secure Enterprise Key Manager(SEKM)—Only available on systems that are mentioned in the Supported Systems
section
● BMC – Available on Dell PowerEdge C6420 only.
NOTE:
iDRAC Secure Enterprise Key Manager(SEKM) is not supported in this release on Dell PowerEdge MX740c and
MX840c.

NOTE:
Updating iDRAC firmware from a previous version such as 3.2x, 3.1x, 3.0x to the latest version is not supported.
Update the firmware to version 3.30.30.30 first, and then update to version 4.00.00.00 or later.
