Syntax
ipv6 mld snooping vlan vlan-id
no ipv6 mld snooping vlan vlan-id
Parameters
• vlan-id —Specifies the VLAN.

User Guidelines
MLD snooping can only be enabled on static VLANs.
MLDv1 and MLDv2 are supported.
To activate MLD snooping, bridge multicast filtering must be enabled by the
bridge multicast filtering command.
The user guidelines of the
bridge multicast mode command describe the
configuration that can be written into the FDB as a function of the FDB
mode, and the MLD version that is used in the network.
Example
console(config)# ipv6 mld snooping vlan 2
ipv6 mld snooping querier
Use the ipv6 mld snooping querier Global Configuration mode command to
enable globally the MLD Snooping querier. Use the no form of this command
to disable the MLD Snooping querier globally.
