spanning-tree cost
Use the spanning-tree cost Interface (Ethernet, Port Channel) Configuration
mode command to configure the spanning-tree path cost for a port. Use the
no form of this command to restore the default configuration.
Syntax
spanning-tree cost cost
no spanning-tree cost
Parameters
cost—Specifies the port path cost. (Range: 1–200000000)
Default Configuration
Default path cost is determined by port speed and path cost method (long or
short) as shown below

Example
The following example configures the spanning-tree cost on gi0/4 to 35000.
console(config)# interface gi0/4
console(config-if)# spanning-tree cost 35000
