Usage Information
PFC and ETS settings are not pre-congured on Ethernet ports. You must use the dcb-map command to
congure dierent groups of 802.1p priorities with PFC and ETS settings.
Using the priority-pgid command, you assign each 802.1p priority to one priority group. A priority
group consists of 802.1p priority values that are grouped together for similar bandwidth allocation and
scheduling, and that share latency and loss requirements. All 802.1p priorities mapped to the same queue
must be in the same priority group. For example, the
priority-pgid 0 0 0 1 2 4 4 4 command
creates the following groups of 802.1p priority trac:
Priority group 0 contains trac with dot1p priorities 0, 1, and 2.
Priority group 1 contains trac with dot1p priority 3.
Priority group 2 contains trac with dot1p priority 4.
Priority group 4 contains trac with dot1p priority 5, 6, and 7.
To remove a priority-pgid conguration from a DCB map, enter the no priority-pgid command.
