History
Version 9.3(0.0) Introduced on the M I/O Aggregator with the PMUX module.
Usage
Information
An FCoE map is a template used to map FCoE and FC parameters in a converged
fabric. An FCoE map is used to virtualize upstream FC ports on an M I/O
Aggregator and MXL 10/40GbE Switch with the PMUX module NPIV proxy gateway
so that they appear to downstream server CNA ports as FCoE forwarder (FCF) ports
on an FCoE network. When applied to FC and Ethernet ports on an NPIV proxy
gateway, an FCoE map allows the switch to operate as an FCoE-FC bridge
