show mac-address-table
Display the MAC address table.
Syntax
show mac-address-table [dynamic | static] [address mac-address | interface
interface | vlan vlan-id] [count [vlan vlan-id] [interface interface-type
[slot [/port]]]]
Parameters
dynamic (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword dynamic to display only those MAC addresses
the switch dynamically learns. Optionally, you can also add one of these
combinations: address/mac-address, interface/interface, or vlan
vlan-id.
static (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword static to display only those MAC addresses
specically congured on the switch. Optionally, you can also add one of these
combinations: address/mac-address, interface/interface, or vlan
vlan-id.

(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword address then a MAC address in the
nn:nn:nn:nn:nn:nn format to display information on that MAC address.
interface interface (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword interface then the interface type, slot and port
information:
• For a Port Channel interface, enter the keywords port-channel then a
number. The range is from 1 to 128.
• For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
TenGigabitEthernet then the slot/port information.

(OPTIONAL) Instead of entering the keyword interface then the interface type,
slot and port information, as above, you can enter the interface type, then just a
slot number.
vlan vlan-id (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword vlan then the VLAN ID to display the MAC
address assigned to the VLAN. The range is 1 to 4094.
count (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword count, then optionally, by an interface or VLAN
ID, to display total or interface-specic static addresses, dynamic addresses, and
MAC addresses in use.
