1522 and IP MTU of 1500 and untagged members with Link MTU of 1518 and IP MTU of 1500. The
VLAN’s Link MTU cannot be higher than 1518 bytes and its IP MTU cannot be higher than 1500 bytes.
The following shows the dierence between Link MTU and IP MTU.

Assign a name to the Default VLAN.
Syntax
namevlan-name
To remove the name from the VLAN, use the no name command.
Parameters
vlan-name Enter up to 32 characters as the name of the VLAN.

To display information about a named VLAN, enter the show vlan command with the name parameter or
the show interfaces description command.

show vlan — Displays the current VLAN congurations on the switch.
