1 If only aggregate input QoS policy exists, input trac conditioning congurations (rate-police) apply. Any
marking congurations in aggregate input QoS policy are ignored.
2 If aggregate input QoS policy and per class input QoS policy coexist, aggregate input QoS policy preempts per
class input QoS policy on input trac conditioning (rate-police). In other words, if rate police conguration
exists in the aggregate QoS policy, the rate police congurations in per class QoS are ignored. Marking
congurations in per class input QoS policy still apply to each queue.

To remove a policy map, use the no policy-map-output policy-map-name command.

policy-map-name Enter the name for the policy map in character format (32 characters maximum).

Usage Information To assign trac to dierent ows using QoS policy, use the Output Policy map. This command enables Policy-
Map-Output Conguration mode (conf-policy-map-out).
