Usage Information The dcb-map stack-unit all stack-ports all command overwrites any previous DCB maps
applied to stack ports.
dcbx-port role
Congure the DCBX port role the interface uses to exchange DCB information.
Syntax
dcbx port-role {config-source | auto-downstream | auto-upstream | manual}
To remove DCBX port role, use the no dcbx port-role {config-source | auto-downstream
| auto-upstream | manual} command.

Enter the DCBX port role, where:
• config-source: congures the port to serve as the conguration source on
the switch.
• auto-upstream: congures the port to receive a peer conguration. The
conguration source is elected from auto-upstream ports.
•
auto-downstream: congures the port to accept the internally propagated
DCB conguration from a conguration source.
• manual: congures the port to operate only on administer-congured DCB
parameters. The port does not accept a DCB conguration received form a
peer or a local conguration source.

Usage Information
DCBX requires that you enable LLDP to advertise DCBX TLVs to peers.
Congure DCBX operation at the INTERFACE level on a switch or globally on the switch. To verify the
DCBX conguration on a port, use the show interface dcbx detail command.
