Update Type:
[7]: Force update.
0H: Normal update. An update operation occurs only when
the BMC validates the target board, target product, and
version number.
[6.0]: Reserved

Install Options:
This field is optional. If present, it contains the list of options
that control the installation procedure. The number
definitions are specific to the vendor.
