Data Center Technology Commands

NOTE: Fiber Channel over Ethernet (FCoE) commands are only supported on the

PCM8024-k switch. CLI commands and Dell OpenManage Switch Administrator

pages are not available for other switch models.

The data center commands allow network operators to deploy lossless

Ethernet capabilities in support of a converged network with Fibre Channel

and Ethernet data, as specified by the FC-BB-5 working group of ANSI T11.

This capability allows operators to deploy networks at a lower cost while still

maintaining the same SAN network management operations that exists

today.
