console(config)#ipv6 pim bsr-candidate vlan 10 16 0

ipv6 pim dr-priority
Use the ipv6 pim dr-priority command to administratively configure the
advertised designated router (DR) priority. Use the no form of this command
to return the configuration to the default.
Syntax
ipv6 pim dr-priority priority
no ipv6 pim dr-priority
Parameter Description
Default Configuration
The default election priority is 1.
Command Mode
Interface (VLAN) Configuration mode
User Guidelines
This command only has an effect if sparse mode is enabled. Lower values are
preferred.
Example
console(if-vlan-10)#ipv6 pim dr-priority 32768
Parameter Description
priority The administratively configured priority. Range:
0–2147483647.
