Symptom:
Using the configuration 'auto-cost reference-bandwidth 100000' will prevent routes from a GRE tunnel
interface from being installed.
Workaround:
Remove the auto-cost reference-bandwidth 100000 or set the cost on the GRE tunnel interface.
