If FEC is enabled, the deskew value of the last online port of the trunk group shows a difference of up
to 36 and it's unclear that is a normal behavior. The fix added an explicit note during trunkshow as:
" NOTE: If FEC is enabled, the deskew value of the last online port of the trunk group may show a
difference of up to 36, as normal behavior, even though the cables are all of the same length"
