show system id
Use the show system id command in User EXEC mode to display the system
identity information.
Syntax
show system id [ unit ]
• unit — The unit number.
Default Configuration
This command has no default configuration.
Command Mode
User EXEC mode, Config mode and all Config sub-modes
User Guidelines
The tag information is on a switch by switch basis.
Example
The following example displays the system service tag information.
console>show system id
Service Tag: 89788978
Serial number: 8936589782
