Syntax
• tacacs-server timeout timeout
• no tacacs-server timeout
• timeout — Specifies the timeout value in seconds. (Range: 1 - 30)
Default Configuration
5 seconds.

Examples
The following example sets the timeout value as 30.
tacacs-server source-ip
The tacacs-server source-ip Global Configuration mode command specifies the source IP address that
will be used for the communication with TACACS servers. Use the no form of this command to return to
default.
Syntax
• tacacs-server source-ip source
• no tacacs-server source-ip source
• source — Specifies the source IP address. (Range: Valid IP Address)
Default Configuration
The IP address would be of the outgoing IP interface.
