The clear host Privileged EXEC mode command deletes entries from the host name-to-address cache.
Syntax
clear host

Particular host entry to remove. (Range: 1 - 158 characters
)
* — Removes all entries.

The following example deletes entries from the host name-to-address cache.
show hosts
The show hosts User EXEC mode command displays the default domain name, a list of name server
hosts, the static and the cached list of host names and addresses.
